At the time of booking a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for share parties or $250.00 non-refundable deposit for private party bookings. Once we have accepted/processed your deposit you automatically agree to our rules and regulations. The remaining balance of the party is to be settled on the date of the party before the party ends. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard as forms of payment. Deposits cannot be applied to any other product/service should you choose to cancel your party. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they read and understand our policies and procedures when they book a party with Aladdin’s Adventures Indoor Playground. The staff will make every effort to inform and help our customers understand our policies and procedures throughout the booking process. Aladdin’s Adventures Indoor Playground will not take any responsibility for misinformation regarding policies, procedures, pricing or products.

Any parties from the time of the party booking up until 8 days before the party date are subject to a $20.00 rebooking fee. Any parties rescheduled within7 days or less of the party date are subject to a $40.00 rebooking fee. Parties must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date if not the party will be considered void and the deposit forfeited.

Any children in the age range of 0 – 12 months are free entry. Any children in the age range of 12 months – 12 years of age are included in the count for the party. Teens aged 13 – 17 are charged $5.31+HST. Any additional children (more than the party package limit) are charged $11.95+HST. Any additional adults (more than the party package limit) are charged $3.54+HST. We do not substitute admissions between adults and children. The Birthday party child/ren is included in the admission count no matter what age they are.

Party Room Times:
The party room availability is for the first two hours of the party only! At this time we ask that the room is cleared of all personal belongings and any extra food and presents be taken back to the car. Loot bags and drinks are allowed to remain on a cart outside of the party room. You may arrive 10-15 minutes before your party start time to set up. Pizza will be delivered and served to your party 45 minutes after your party starts.
*Additional room time can be purchased at $75.00+HST for 30 minutes extra. Additional room time must be requested with advance notice!*
Outside Food and Party Extras:
We allow you to bring any extra food into our facility. However, any food containing NUTS, PEANUTS or TREE NUTS are prohibited. No exceptions! Please remember to bring plates, napkins, utensils for all food that is not included in the party package. We sell any items that you may forget to bring such as lighters, candles, cake knives, forks and spoons. These items are NOT INCLUDED in your party package. Staff are not responsible for the serving of any food not provided in the party packages.
NO POPCORN, SILLY STRING, SPARKLERS, PINATAS, CONFETTI, GLITTER OR ELECTRICAL COOKING DEVICES ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME! NO EXCEPTIONS!
